MSFT ARCHIVES is hosting our first Spring Mixer in collaboration with More life to help bring a creative, authentic, and fun event to honour the Bay Area Creative Art Scene, as well as provide space for everyone to enjoy. Our mission is to contribute to the community as well as the Arts and Creative scene by building a safe hub for people to express themselves unfiltered and build connections. In a time where third party spaces have become scarce throughout the community, MSFT ARCHIVES x More Life came together to help build a solution that is costs efficient and fun so we can build not only an event, but an experience the community can appreciate. We'll be hosting an Open Mic joined by our list of local vendors who'll be supporting the program too! Submissions for performance sign ups are currently available for Community Voices, Writers, and Poets. Deadline for submissions is May 2, 2026.

TICKETS - Free general admission

Please read below to review the terms and guidelines for General Admission Tickets.

For General admission all tickets are free at no costs to guests.

To RSVP for Free General Admission you can confirm attendance via online, through the link pasted below.

We encourage for those who're interested in attending to RSVP. However, If guests are unable to RSVP and would still like to attend the Spring More Life Mixer, you'll be welcomed and still allowed entry to the event at no inconvenience. Upon arrival all guests will be greeted at the door and directed to the entry table. Once you're at the entry table share that you're there for Free General admission and we'll assist you happily with next steps!

For Free General admission, guests can experience the mixer including the Open Mic, and receive free complimentary items listed above if they would like. Guests are welcome to decline complimentary gifts/ free items provided if they choose.

In addition, all Free general admission guests are welcome to explore the activities provided that day this includes Vending tables, refreshments and snacks, all admission tickets are donation based. and enjoy live music following the remainder of the program after the Open Mic Showcase. However, free general admission tickets are not provided with entry for the Spring More Life Raffle.

For raffle tickets they must be purchased through donation offerings via event brite. For more information on the raffle and how to enter please look below in the section titled "RAFFLE."

All guests are liable to purchase any items provided by the vendors and snack bar. Free admission does not exempt guests from having to pay for additional items at event.

All guests are required to provide their first government name and last. No smoking or drinking is allowed on the premises. Any guests in attendance of the Spring More Life Mixer event are required to be respectful of the environment, staff, and all attendees. MSFT ARCHIVES believes in providing a safe and welcoming environment of all guests and partners. In the event where any guests disrupt the program through any act or comments that go against our policy will be asked to leave and must exit the premises immediately with no exceptions.

RAFFLE

The Spring More Life Raffle is available to all guests or persons who'd like to enter. MSFT ARCHIVES will be giving away one pair of Airpods 4 Wireless Earbuds, one gift card, and a complimentary gift basket provided by our sponsors from Anchor pantry to the First, Second, and Third place winners.

First Place Raffle Winner = AirPods 4 Wireless Earbuds

Second Place Raffle Winner = Gift Card

Third Place Raffle Winner = Complimentary Gift Basket provided by Anchor Pantry.

All Raffle tickets are donation based and the amount provided is left up to the guests discretion. Here at MSFT ARCHIVES we'd like to ensure all guests and attendees that the funds earned by ticket sales will be used to help cover production costs and a portion of all proceeds will be directly added towards donations for the Unhoused Community here in Vallejo CA.

However raffle tickets are available to all guests/ persons including Free General admission attendees if they'd like to enter.

The Spring More Life Mixer Raffle is optional and not a requirement by MSFT ARCHIVES for entry. The raffle and its purchase is available to all persons who want to enter for a chance to win the AirPods 4 Wireless earbuds and more.

To enter the Spring More Life Mixer Raffle guests must visit event brite and purchase a ticket.

PLEASE NOTE

There is a two ticket limit for each person participating in the raffle. Guests cannot exceed more than two raffle tickets purchased for themselves.

Additionally people are welcome to attend the Spring More Life Mixer event for Free under Free General Admission.
